How do you lower the barrier to join a local sports club for people with a disability?
With Uniek Sporten Thuis as a starting point, a workout platform specifically for people with disabilities, we guide participants throughout their entire journey. From the very first wheelchair handball, sitting volleyball or intellectual disability korfball workout at home, to finding and joining a local team.
We designed this journey with smart, data-driven email flows. If you finish a wheelchair handball workout successfully, you will receive a personalised flow from your handball coach. For Uniek Sporten, it is crucial to inspire and activate as many people with a disability as possible to start playing sports. Data plays a central role in this: it enables us to make communication personal, relevant, and effective. Since part of our target group has an intellectual disability, having a clear UX is even more important. Simple is the hardest, but for us, it’s essential.
